The St. Bernard St. Vincent de Paul (SVDP) conference mission is to serve people in need. The SVDP society collaborates with our members and other people of goodwill in relieving need and addressing its causes, making no distinction in those they serve, because in them we see the face of Christ.
The conference supports a wide variety of causes and personal needs with resident rentals, utilities, transportation assistance and food collection. Most of all, we continue to assist needy people by listening, advising, referring and praying with them to bring them closer to Christ.
We welcome new members to join the mission of serving persons in need through volunteer efforts and contributions or both. Involvement can be based on your time availability at any level and desire to help. The conference has office hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10:00 am 12:00 pm to meet and assist those in need. Anyone can join or inquire about the conference by obtaining information from the parish office.
