Writers of the Prayers of the Faithful exercise a most important ministry for the parish community. Through these petitions to God, the writer becomes a voice for the faithful. Training and resources are provided to prayer writers. The writer is assigned a weekend on a rotating basis and submits the petitions by the Wednesday before the weekend.
