All children in grades Pre-K through grade 2 are invited to participate in J.A.M. on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Sundays of the month.
This ministry runs September through May during our Sunday 10:00 a.m. Mass.
Children are invited, after the Introductory Rites of the Mass, to the foot of the altar for a blessing before following their catechists to a classroom for a modified version of that Sunday’s readings and Gospel story. Young children are given the opportunity to understand the readings at their level, including puppets and complete a topical art activity.
Children will return to church during the Offertory, to spend the balance of Mass with their family in the pew.
